Full Day Cheese Making Class with our unique BYOB (Bring Your Own Booze) Artisan Cheese & Charcuterie Lunch. Cheeses we will learn how to make include, Traditional Greek Style Feta, European Belgium Style Feta, French Style Chevre, Ricotta, Butter & our 45 minute Mozzarella.

This kit contains the ingredients and detailed and easy to follow recipes to make the following Cheeses:

Mozzarella, Marscapone, Chevre, Queso Blanco and Ricotta...using farm fresh or store bought pasteurized milk.

Kit contains:

Liquid Microbial Rennet - Not a tablet you have to try and divide and dissolve that is inconsistent!!
