This is a full hands-on, BYOB beginner cheese making class. You will cook at your own workstation (2 per station) as I guide you through the process of making Butter, Mozzarella, Mozzarella pinwheels, and Burrata and as a group we will make a large batch of Ricotta. All the while tasting wonderful cheeses! In addition, your take home recipe booklet will have several more beginner cheeses such as cream cheese, Queso Blanco and French Style Chevre (goat cheese) all of which you will be able to make after this full immersion beginner class!!
This Class is a fun BYOB hands on experience and Lite Fare is included.
