3 1/2-4 hour Cheese Making - Year round we offer this class on many Saturday's. In addition, we offer a few Sunday's and occasional weekday's.
Classes are limited to 12
Cheese & Dairy products made during the class are Ricotta, 45 minute Mozzarella and Butter! We use store bought cows milk in our classes since most of our students have access to this at home. However, we discuss all types of milk and how to handle them in the cheese making process.
In addition to what we make in class, you will leave here with recipes and the knowledge to go home and make your own French Style Chevre (a soft spreadable goat cheese), Quesa Blanco, Cottage Cheese, Marscapone and Cream Cheese!!

Workshops will be added for our late winter and early spring session
in Mid December we won't be offering any workshops between Septemner - February this year. See you in 2017!!
***Never worry about gift certificate or voucher expiration dates, we will accept them regardless of the xdate. As we are aware that our classes are limited and small.
This class MUST have a minimum participation of 6 or will be cancelled and all participants may reschedule into another class without concern for gift certificate or voucher expiration.
Occasionally, we must cancel a class, In this case, classes are always rescheduled on multiple dates and all participants are able to reschedule at any time. If rescheduling is not possible for you, credit to the store is provided.
Refunds are not offered on workshop fees.
