Three hour Beginner Cheese Making - Mozzarella, Ricotta & Butter and all the basic information you will need to begin your cheese making journey.

You will cook at your own workstations while I guide you through the process of making tasty Mozzarella and butter. As a group we will make a large batch of Ricotta. All the while tasting wonderful cheeses & sipping on wine if you like! In addition, your take home recipe booklet will have several more beginner cheeses, all of which you will be able to make after this full immersion beginner class Ina more intimate setting then our basic beginner class.

Full Day Cheese Making Class with our unique BYOB (Bring Your Own Booze) Artisan Cheese & Charcuterie Lunch. Cheeses we will learn how to make include, Traditional Greek Style Feta, European Belgium Style Feta, French Style Chevre, Ricotta, Butter & our 45 minute Mozzarella.

Private classes are offered 7 days a week between 10am - 10pm. Private classes can be for just one or for a
group up to 14 however, some classes are limited to 8.
Classes can be as simply as our three hour basic beginner, Wine & Cheese Making or as extensive
as our 2 day full hands on workshop.
When you choose the Private class option, you get to choose what cheeses and how many we make!!
