You will cook at your own workstations while I guide you through the process of making tasty Mozzarella and butter. As a group we will make a large batch of Ricotta. All the while tasting wonderful cheeses & sipping on wine if you like! In addition, your take home recipe booklet will have several more beginner cheeses, all of which you will be able to make after this full immersion beginner class!!
Class is offered on Saturday's and Sunday's and a few weekdays
